Water On An Empty Stomach

It's a new week!
For those who haven't tried it yet, do it.
Drinking water on an empty stomach is very important for the body.

Problems such as - headache, body ache, excess fat, bronchitis, kidney problems, urine problems, diarrhea, diabetes, menstrual disorders, asthma, throat infections - all these and more can fixed with just some water on an empty stomach.
