All you need is ...

  1. organic, immunity promoting foods
  2. having your heaviest meal during Pitta time 10 am - 2 pm
  3. choose foods that digest and cook easily
  4. choose foods for your body type and for the season 
  5. cooking with spices and herbs
  6. follow a daily routine 
If these requirements for the body are fulfilled ... life will be fulfilled.
