Best Foods for Stronger Bones

We have 206 bones.  That's a lot of bones!
And nature made it easy for us to make our bones stronger - just by eating food!

Broccoli
Almonds
Spinach
Bok choy
Kale
Mustard seeds
Flax seeds
Sesame seeds

The foods above are excellent in strengthening the bones.
