Dark Chocolate Lovers

Lately, I've been wanting dark chocolate every day, especially Kit Kat dark chocolate - it's great.

After knowing the benefits of dark chocolate, having a couple of these kit kat bars everyday makes me happy!

Tip of the day - Tongue Cleaner

It's very important to scrape the tongue and keep it clean.
The type of tongue cleaner that should be used is very important as well.
The best ones are stainless steel, copper, gold or silver.
It is best to avoid plastic ones as they retain bacteria and don't scrape as well.
