- 1 cup of almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1 teaspoon of organic sweetener (optional)
- pinch of cayenne (optional)
Put all of the ingredients in a small pot, mix and let it heat. Stir and enjoy.

Apple Cider Vinegar & Skin Tag
