Surya Namaskar - Sun Salutation

Surya Namaskar, or Sun Salutations.
Surya, the sun, is the Hindu solar deity.
A sequence of asanas or poses are performed to build strength and awareness to the physical body, mind and soul.  There are a total of 8 different asanas in the sequence of 12 asana changes.
