My Favorite Things - Hair Oil

For those who know me, I have long, thick, black, Punjabi hair.  And to maintain this length of hair is very important, especially since it's long.  I've been using this specific hair oil for quite some time now and I'm seeing really positive results - my hair doesn't fall as much and after wash, it's so much more smooth, soft, shiny and still.

One of the main ingredients in this oil is Indian gooseberry or amla.  Amla improves the health of the hair and is found in most hair oils, nourishes the hair and scalp and prevents premature grey hair.  Another important ingredient in this oil is brahmi which helps against hair loss and stimulates the growth of hair.  Bhringraj, the third main ingredient, is the main herb used for treatment of hair.  This herb stimulates the hair and its application results in substantial hair growth.

I recommend you all to give it a try.  You don't have to use this hair oil in specific.  As long as these three main herbs are in the oil, it will make a difference.
